B'fast: 2 slices of low-carb toast
Lunch: Chicken & avocado salad with blue cheese
Dinner: Homemade fish in parsley sauce with creamed cauliflower
Total carbs for today around 39
Getting back on the straight and narrow. Was in the mood for cooking tonight which makes that about 10 days since I cooked anything interesting or nice.
Not needing the painkillers as much which is also a good sign and I have my check-up tomorrow aft.
