Home - Karen's Carb Crazy Kitchen


B'fast: 2 egg scrambled
Lunch: Homemade chicken noodle soup
Dinner: Grilled chicken with small side salad
Supper: 1 cube of high cocoa chocolate 
Todays carbs come to around  30

I can't do any sit ups or touch my toes yet but 'oooooo' I can feel a chocolate urge coming on 
I must be getting better 

More countries are going Carb Crazy!
