B'fast: 2 egg scrambled with 1 low-carb wrap
Lunch: Pulled chicken in bbq sauce
Snack: 2 packets of low-carb crisps/potato chips
Dinner: Grilled chicken breast and mixed salad
Total carbs for today around 40
Good day today. Not thinking too much of chocolate anymore......apart from first thing this morning....and if you have been on my Facebook Page you will know what I'm talking about.
