Brunch: Small bowl of chili with kidney beans
Snack: turkey slices on 1 low-carb wrap
Dinner: Boneless bbq chicken wings and sweet potato steak fries with 2 slices of low-carb bread
Total carbs for today around 66
Big proper Oooooops day today! Had a hungry day! There was a chill in the air and I needed warming up
Looks like next week's going to be the good week cuz this week it aint happening
I can feel panic setting in. There's only 13 weeks to Christmas. I better get my ass into gear
