On with my Daily Log....
B'fast: 2 egg scrambled
Lunch: Bacon on 1 low-carb wrap
Dinner: Leftover chicken chasseur with peas and 1 low-carb wrap followed by 3oz Greek yoghurt and 2 strawberries
Supper: 2 cubes of high cocoa chocolate
Total carbs for today around 45
Getting stronger each day. Not needed to take any painkillers for 24hrs
Got a new ping-pong table and the family are playing downstairs. Might even join them for a quick game.
Walking without bending forward is also getting better so I may even venture to the gym tomorrow to do a stretch on the treadmill. Can't do any sit ups yet and I still can't touch my toes but a long walk might be OK.
ooooo tummy's just started gurgling....really loud! Maybe I shouldn't have had the chocolate
