On with my Daily Log...
B'fast: Coffee
Snack: 1 low-carb bar
Lunch: Broccoli and cheese soup and half pack crisps
Dinner: Small cup of lobster bisque. Tapas: mix of Chirizio sausage, beef kebab, shrimp, tuna and small wedge of flatbread
Total carbs for today around 39
Dinner was delish. Went to a really nice restaurant 'Relish' in town. Doesn't get much passing trade but it was busy. Compliments to the chef!
Settling down to a nice film but may have a quick game of ping-pong and that's all the exercise I've done all day
Really must start getting serious about toning
