Lunch: Broccoli cheese soup
Snack: 1 pack of low-carb crisps 
Dinner: Cheesecake Factory: Lettuce wrapped Mediterranean chicken followed by..... 1/2 cheesecake 
Total carbs for today about 63

B'fast: Coffee
Lunch: Chicken & mayo on 1 low-carb wrap
Dinner: Leftover Chicken goujons with mixed salad and 2 low-carb wraps
Snack/Supper: 8 Fig newton thin biscuits 
Total carbs for today 80 
I don't know what happened  Sooo soooo tired today. I dont know what's wrong with me but I feel like I havent slept for a week. Maybe it was yesterdays disastrous Daily Log that has made me this way but I was craving sugar.....BIG TIME  I think I'll throw the scales out now

Lunch: Ooops....too busy 
Snack: 1 pack of low-carb crisps 
Dinner: Homemade mayonaise topped chicken goujons wrapped in low-carb breadcrumbs served with mixed salad and 2 low-carb wraps
Total carbs for today around  48
So full of energy today. I didnt stop I was so busy. Problem is, only when I got a headache did I realize that I hadn't had any breakfast or lunch and it was 4pm before I had my snack
