Lunch: Roast chicken salad on 2 low-carb wraps
Dinner: Bowl of chili with sour cream
Snack: 1 low-carb bar

Another good day. Actually looking forward to my weigh-in this week. Hopefully, I've lost a couple of the many pounds I gained over Christmas
