Lunch: Chicken and mayo on 2 low-carb wraps
Dinner: Fresh roasted chicken (without skin) with broccoli and green beans with 2 low-carb wraps
Snack: 1 low-carb bar
Total carbs for today around 40
Been so good today
1. Went to the gym
2. Didnt eat the chocolate that I sorely needed at 10am
3. At a low-carb bar for my snack instead of cheese
5lb to lose before I'm back to my pre-Christmas weight I am soooo weak
