Didn't have breakfast on both days. Yesterday's lunch was grilled chicken with salad and today's lunch was grilled chicken wrap and salad. 

The evenings have been steak and salad with low-carb wrap last night, and tonight's dinner was grilled chicken wrap with salad followed by......

For my husband's birthday I bought him a bread maker. So we opened it and baked our first fresh whole wheat loaf and demolished half of it between the three of us........

 .......Soooo tonights snack was a 'door-stop' of a slice of whole wheat bread with low gluten (dont really know why I said low gluten because my stomach is just as swollen).
So for yesterday I had around 45 Carbs, and today I've have around 60

Sickness is running through the household   There is one more person left to catch a cold and I am hoping it will be before Christmas break so we can all enjoy the time together as a HAPPY family

As usual I've missed breakfast but there's nothing new there. The rest of the time I've picked rather than have a sensible sit down snack and ended up with having half a portion of sesame chicken with 1 tablespoon of fried rice tonight.

Oh yes, not forgetting 2 cubes of high cocoa chocolate two nights on the run

So, in total my carbs for today and yesterday comes to around 90

I'm still within my carb limits and I'm still going to the gym so I'm hoping Wednesday's weigh-in will be a good one.

PS. I hate the darn scales!

Most days have been relatively good, apart from one......yesterday

Steaming through this week although I did my weigh-in just the other day and it should be on Wednesdays?

Not sure if I'm having a mental breakdown or I just decided to do it. Either way it doesnt make any sense

Lunch: Bowl of chili
Dinner: Mixed cheese and salad with 2 low-carb wraps, Greek yoghurt with honey dew melon and black grapes

Another good day. Getting back into the swing of things is definitely making me feel a lot more in control. Off to the gym again tomorrow. fingers crossed I'll so a mile before doing the toning tables and weights

Oh dear. This is what happens when you are too busy to update your Daily Log.....you forget....or more like 'choose to forget'. 

I can tell you I remember a large blueberry muffin after my grilled chicken salad so I suppose that's put the kibosh on today, BUT I do remember that 16th & 17th were very good days.

Does one large muffin spoil the whole darn week?

I will continue to go low-carb until Wednesday. Then it's weigh-in day. I have been going to the gym like a good girl and have more energy for it but let me tell you, my stomach feel bloated and uncomfortable. Darn muffins 

Carbs for 16-18th are around  130 

Still have 2 days left and I am still feeling confident about Wednesday

Another great day...apart from the mouthful of brownie that is, but it was only 1 mouthful and I threw the rest in the bin. 

Carrying on a the gym and feeling much better for it. Yes, I am still wearing the band when I am at the gym but it seems to help in a way nothing else does. I don't understand it but who cares

Getting back on the straight and narrow. Did another gym visit today so that is 3 days out of 3. Sooo pleased  
I am determined to master the darn sit-ups   That's how they make me feel.

B'fast: Low-carb yoghurt

Dinner: Roasted Angus beef, oat bran pasta, garlic tomato sauce and parmesan shavings and 1 pack of low-carb crisps/potato chips

Just made it ! Lots of little snacks today but I think I function better like this. As long as I have a decent dinner. Will try this again tomorrow.

Another gym day today. Doing the sit-ups is a killer but I will keep it going especially now I have this thingy-ma-jig band on while exercising.

Yes I know it's really stupid but if I have it on I tend to do more....go figure...  

One thing I'm sure about. It's Christmas Eve in 41 days  OOOOMMMMGGGGG!!!

Carbs this week have been high. Remembrance Day/Veterans Day was a special day, so a buffet was supplied by yours truly with lots of carbs....and chocolate  

This is seriously getting out of control 

Today however has been a very good carb day....Only 25 so far and space for a peckish moment later tonight. I have low-carb snacks in the cupboard so if the mood takes me there will be no excuses....I promise  
So onwards and upwards.

One other thing. I bought a silly cloth band that was advertised on the tv. It fits a bit like a corset that covers your tummy called 'tummy tuck'. Anyone heard of it? Trying it on is a fete in itself. Takes me a while to get it on with a few huffs and puffs. Got to make sure my body is completely dry after my morning shower then it will slide on easier.

I have worn it 4 out of the last 6 days and I have been going to the toning tables with it on and have been keeping it on all day. I will measure myself at the end of this month to see if there is a change. I am optimistic that there will be a good result with this. Having it on has actually made me do more activities at the gym.

I know, it's all psychological and it's all very sad, but I'm thinking, 'if it shakes your tail feather then of for it'. Sad but true 

My Low-Carb Cook Book is doing great  I am so pleased that this is working. It keeps me going and it's always nice to know there are people out their with the same interest.....and problem.

Two days: 1 being good and another eating homemade English scones. No, I didn't do the baking. Surprisingly, my son baked them and they turned out better than mine so we all have a snarf but I did only have 1.......big one 
So, total carbs for the last two days has worked out at around 130  OMG!

Did my workout at the gym today and will go at least another 2 times this week cuz I'm feeling guilty

Then I heard a rumor on Facebook.....If you want to receive News Feeds from a Facebook Page, click the 'Like' button....... and then select the drop down arrow and select "Add to Interest List"

The fact that many Page Owners have already paid for people to click 'Like' apparently doesn't matter anymore. Someone in the depths of FB has decided to charge Page Owners again by having us 'Promote' ?

Not sure if this is true but I have contacted Facebook and have been waiting 2 days for a reply.....Will let you know more when I hear from them.

The last 5 days have been a bit dodgy. Not saying that I was fantastically strict or fantastically bad or anything but the Halloween candy is still in the cupboard but overall I think I had about 57 carbs for each of the previous 4 days

It's my weigh-in tomorrow....Am I looking forward to it?  I will tell you tomorrow when I stand on the scales.

On with my daily log.
B'fast: Coffee
Lunch: Leftover fish bake from the night before
Dinner: Homemade Low-Carb Scotch eggs with mixed salad. And delicious it was  
Total carbs for today about 40 
Well, it's been a busy week with work and cooking and photo taking. So busy I haven't had time to do my daily log. 

Not been too bad though. Around 47 carbs for Tue 23th and Wed 24th.

Was reversed into in the car park today and got shouted at as if it was my fault? Don't get that.... Well anyway, the police had to be called as she was attempting to drive away  "Oh Nooooo" I said. "Drive away and you get reported" or words to that effect. . 

Fortunately, her window was open and she heard me and stopped. Anyway, instead of just exchanging insurance information, I had to call the police because she didn't think there was much damage to my car and I wasn't there when she got in the car and I shouldn't have been there in the first place ? and attempted to drive away again. Obviously forgetting to mention that she hadn't checked her wing mirror cuz she would have seem me if she did. "oh Noooo" me says. "You have scratched my car and I am now calling the police!".

While this stage performance was in full swing and believe me, from her shouting, "Whatever Happened to Baby Jane" springs to mind for the offending party, all of Starbucks drinkers who were sitting outside cuz it was 77 degrees today, were privy to our conversation and rather enjoying our little tete-a-tete before they went back to the office.

So, police arrives, we exchange information (which is what we should have done in the first place without having to involve the police), and went our separate ways.

So, I think our performance was enjoyable for the coffee break people. And I did get few smiles as my friend came out with an iced coffee for me to enjoy while policeman was trying to sort it out..... oooooo iced coffee. sooooo goooood 

Body work visits and Insurance telephone calls tomorrow. Oh what a joy to look forward to
