B'fast: Coffee
Snack: 1 packet of low-carb crisps/potato chips
Lunch: Coffee... ooops
Dinner: Homemade turkey cheeseburger wrap and mixed salad
Total carbs for today around 28
The last 5 days have been a bit dodgy. Not saying that I was fantastically strict or fantastically bad or anything but the Halloween candy is still in the cupboard but overall I think I had about 57 carbs for each of the previous 4 days
It's my weigh-in tomorrow....Am I looking forward to it? I will tell you tomorrow when I stand on the scales.
