Snack: Greek yoghurt
Lunch: Sliced roast beef and cream cheese on 2 low-carb wraps
Dinner: Turkey meatballs with onions and mushrooms, pasta and 2 low-carb wraps, followed by mixed fruit and Greek yoghurt
Total carbs for today around 55
Still didnt manage to stay under 50. I wonder what Wednesday's weigh-in is going to do to me.
On the positive side, I went to the gym today and did resistance training AND went on the treadmill
I can tell I haven't been to the gym for a while......I ache
