B'fast: Coffee
Snack: 1 pack of low carb crisps/potato chips
Lunch: Sliced roast beef with cream cheese on 1 low-carb wrap
Dinner: Chicken chunks with ratatouille and small carton of Greek yoghurt
Total carbs for today around 47
