B'fast: Cream cheese on 1 low-carb wrap
Lunch: Bowl of chili
Dinner: Bowl of chicken stew and 1/2 chicken salad panning (with a small savory scone/biscuit)
Total carbs for today around 56
So close to 50. I don't mind being over by a few as long it's only once
Now it is back to a calmer lifestyle. When it's crazy busy and chaotic we tend to eat out and that is a killer when it comes to carbs. Next week I think will be a lot easier to control where I eat.
