B'fast: Coffee
Snack: 1 packet of low-carb crisps
Lunch: Almonds, olives and 1 low-carb chocolate mousse
Dinner: Lemon pepper chicken with asparagus and small portion of sweet potatoes followed by small portion of fresh fruit and Greek yoghurt
Snack: 2 cubes of high cocoa chocolate 

Total carbs for today around 49

Well at least I didnt delve into the Halloween candy. That would have been disastrous. Stil cant get out of the habbit of having a nice chocolate fix for the evening.

I did go to the gym today though, so not feeling too bad about todays antics. Stay tuned for the next eposide of my sad life ...
