B'fast: Coffee
Snack: 1 packet of low carb crisps/potato chips
Lunch: egg and bacon on 2 low-carb wraps
Dinner: Lone Star: Special small 3 courser of: Cup of chili, Steak and broccoli and chocolate brownie with cream and 1 scoop of ice cream
Total carbs for today 59
Ooops. I was doing so well until dinner. The 3 course meal was cheaper than buying a main course with drinks so we all went for that. They were small portions more like kids portions so I didn't go too much over. The meal was delish and I would highly recommend a trip to Lone Star for the special menu (if they have it in your area).
Staying cool, keeping calm and carrying on with low-carb eating. It's the only way to go
