B'fast: Coffee
Lunch: Roast beef slices and cream cheese on 2 low-carb wraps
Dinner: Homemade lemon and mustard chicken with peas, broccoli and caramelized onions
Supper: 2 cups of Kashi puffs
Total carbs for today around 53
Just fancied something different so had a bit of cereal for supper. Mustn't do that all the time but now and again is OK. Over the last 2 weeks I gained 2lb. Tomorrow will be a good weigh-in day I think....
