Lunch: Leftover pork & chicken sausage casserole on 1 low-carb wrap
Dinner: 2 slices of low-carb toast with butter and small portion of Greek Yoghurt
Total carbs for today around 33
Good day today. Was full from last night's dinner so went without breakfast
Everyone knows breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but I do without breakfast on so many days.....Must...Do...Better
