Hmmm.... Am I really trying? I am I am I truly am. It's just when I get cold and I'm watching a film it's just so yummy to have a bit of chocolate and a cup of coffee. It kind of like gives you a nice warm fuzzy feeling inside and it soooo relaxes me
Anyway, I've failed a few days this week and all I can say is "I'm not sure I want to stand on the scales this week."
I'm feeling weak and confused and I need support Someone out there has got to relate?
