B'fast: Coffee and 1 slice of low-carb buttered toast
Lunch: Cheese broccoli soup
Dinner: Indian: Lamb Saag ( chunks of lamb in spinach and cream) 1 chapati
Total carbs for today around 46
Went out for Indian tonight. It was delicious and I did NOT have rice. I am estimating the chapati to be around 25 carbs (not naan bread). Snarfed the lot and am now resting my tummy on the sofa.
Talking of sofas, I get a new one on Wednesday. Salvation Army picking up the old one tomorrow so will be without anything in the lounge to sit on for 2 days but hey ho
I have worked hard on the land again today. I think having my Appendix out has worked a treat. I was feeling extremely tired for quite some time before I had it out and my energy levels have improved dramatically.
