B'fast: Coffee
Snack: Packet of low-carb crisps/potato chips
Lunch: Sliced roast beef with cream cheese and 2 low-carb wraps
Snack: 2 cubes of high cocoa chocolate
Dinner: Rubbed pork shoulder, sweet potato wedges and brocolli
Total carbs for today about 47
Not bad considering I cant stop eating chocolate.
Went to the gym again today and yes I still ache I have been assured it will get better and that I will get more energy. Cant say that's working but it's early days yet.
Weigh-in tomorrow.....Hmmmm I wonder
