On with my Daily Log....
B'fast: 1 low-carb bar and coffee
Lunch: Leftover chicken chunks, salad leaves & mayo on 1 low-carb wrap
Dinner: Crab cake, onion rings, sweet potato fries and 1 spanacopita and 2 low-carb wraps
Total carbs for today around 55
Today's carbs has been the highest all week. Really looking forward to my weigh-in and measure tomorrow
