B'fast: Low-Carb Bar
Snack" 3 Biscottis
Lunch: Pulled chicken and mixed salad on 2 low-carb wraps
Dinner: Collard and broccoli with grated cheese followed by Cheese and crackers
Snack: 2 oreo biscuits and 2 lowc-arb bars

Total carbs for today 
around 65

65 Carbs ? Well....it is Saturday 

Is there a full moon or something. My motor's running and can't stop cleaning 
Cleaned out my closet and I can't believe there were things in there I haven't worn or wanted to wear for years. Oh no I'm turning into a secret hoarder  

5 bin liners full of clothes - giving to Vietnam Veterans. Don't you just feel good in your heart when you find a place for your things ?

Truth be told, there is a skirt in there that I bought in my 20's......yes, my 20's...... I just can't let it go until I fit into it. That should be in about 20 more years !
