Just a few more days left.... :o)


B'fast: Low-Carb Bar
Snack: Pulled chicken in bbq sauce
Lunch: Fresh turkey slices, cucumber and cheese on 1 low carb wrap
Dinner: Cheese and crackers and 1 glass of red

Total carbs for today 
around 45

Nothing really much to say about today only that I got the e-reader version of my book in my email today that will be  ready for sale and .....I can't open it 

I've told them many times I am NOT computer literate. Took me ages to do this website. I can't possibly start launching stuff. The only launches I've seen is at NASA
