The Contest started yesterday!!
On with my Daily Log....
B'fast: 2 egg scrambled and coffee
Lunch: pulled pork in bbq sauce
Dinner: Spanish egg white omelet with mixed salad and 2 low-carb wraps
Snack: 1 low-carb chocolate bar
Total carbs for today around 30
My holiday is a week away and I've been good up to now! It's the usual pattern....1 week before going away, go into panic, be good all week. Why can't I do that full time
And no, I didn't have any chocolate last night. Felt sooo cool and strong but at the same time I felt a little bit sad cuz it was my fave chocolate
Word of warning...if you order the physical book through www.xlibris.com the quality of the interior of the book will be far more superior to that of Amazon or Barnes & Noble. Apparantly, Amazon and Barnes & Noble have there own printers and that's why the book will be cheaper, but the photos are disappointing.
