On with my Daily Log....
B'fast: Coffee - Ooops :o)
Lunch: Bowl of broccoli cheese soup
Dinner: Chicken breast on a bed of bacon & tomato sauce, caesar salad (without croutons), and 2 low-carb wraps
Snack: 1 low-carb chocolate bar
Total carbs for today around 31
Another really low-carb day.
I'm sooo proud Everyone decided to snarf all the leftover chocolate from the freezer. There was English chocolate and high cocoa chocolate.... Well..... I decided to eat a low carb chocolate bar instead and turned my nose up at it.
I am feeling very chuffed at the moment, but we are settling down to watch a film shortly, so watch this space
Word of warning...if you order the physical book through www.xlibris.com the quality of the interior of the book will be far more superior to that of Amazon or Barnes & Noble. Apparantly, Amazon and Barnes & Noble have there own printers and that's why the book will be cheaper, but the photos are disappointing.
