On with my Daily Log....

B'fast: High protein bar
Lunch: Fresh turkey breast slices and cucumber on 1 low carb wrap
Dinner: Double cheeseburger with tomato and cucumber on 2 low-carb wraps

Total carbs for today around 32

By lunch time I was steaming hot and hungry like...angry hungry  Then I got really tired and dozed off which made me late for the preparations I have to make for our holiday. Anyway, I survived the day and I have come out the other end feeling chuffed that that I didn't eat any chocolattteeee! mmmmmm
