B'fast: Coffee
Lunch: Cup of cheese & broccoli soup and chicken caesar salad without the croutons
Dinner: BW's for dinner. Salad with ranch dressing on the side and chopped chicken tenderloins with a small amount of sweet BBQ sauce.
Todays carbs around 40 + 13 = 53*

*Yes, I know I only ate twice today, but it's a good job I did because I forgot to add 13 carbs for last night's extra meatballs! Now I have gone over 50 carbs. Just sooo angry about that
Having an interesting discussion on FB at the moment about one friend not being happy with her weight loss and eating a high carb meal because of the frustration. Why do we do that? I really don't know the answer to that but I do it too.
Another friend eats no carb at all. I really couldn't do that. I need my carbs as long as I stay under 50, ideally between 40-45 per day.
