Christmas Dinner
Starter: Prawn cocktail
Main course: Turkey, mixed veg, stuffing, 1/2 roasted parsnip and sweet potato, cranberry jelly, bread sauce and gravy
Pudding: Apple pie and vanilla sauce (custard)
Supper: Prawn cocktail
Total carbs about 100 !!!

Merry Christmas. Although we were up early I didn't eat until dinner was ready at 2.30pm.
Christmas dinner started really well. The Starter was virtually no carbs but the roasted parsnip, sweet potato, bread sauce, cranberry sauce for the main course followed by apple pie and custard racked up the carbs......Well....it is Christmas Day
For my weigh-in this week I have stayed the same
I will have to be careful this week. All the leftovers are in the fridge. If it was just turkey It wouldn't be all that bad but there's also my leftover bread sauce, stuffing, cranberry sauce and roasted parsnips and it is all high in carbs.
Carbs for this week has worked out at 389, which is averaging 56 carbs per day. I'm surprised I didn't put weight on but I expect the scales tomorrow will show that.
I went to the toning tables 3 times this but still no cardio. That's my New Years Resolution.
