B'fast: Coffee
Lunch: 2oz cheese and crackers and then some more cheese
Snack: Packet of low-carb crisps/potato chips and 1 low-carb bar
Dinner: Leftover roasted port, 1/2 tomato, mini sweet peppers, 2 low-carb wraps and 1 tablespoon of mayo
Todays carbs around 43

Very messy today. I was busy working and didn't get time to eat breakfast or snack and I was starving by lunch. Managed to keep it at bay until about 3 o'clock then had two snacks in one...must try to be more organised
Didn't manage to get to the gym today. Will go tomorrow, I promise.
