Lunch: Turkey breast slices & mayo on 1 low-carb wrap
Snack: Packet of low-carb crisps/potato chips
Dinner: Turkey breast slices , cucumber and 1/2oz cheese on 2 low-carb wraps
Total carbs for today about 39

Sorry this is late. I have just got home and thrown dinner down and I will probably be in bed within half an hour.
I know your not supposed to eat before going to bed but I had to eat something. I was working late and I did not plan ahead with my protein bars etc,.
I hope I don't get indigestion in the night. Although I didn't have breakfast early, I did have the snack around 9.30am so I suppose you could class that as breakfast?
