B'fast: Bacon. Snack 4 cups of cheddar popcorn. Lunch:Greek salad with feta cheese. Dinner: Hard Rock salad with salad & 2 diet pepsis and 1 glass of red wine. Carbs for today about 40. Wow I am surprised how well I've done today. We are in Cleveland OH and when we are traveling we all enjoy snacking. My snack was cheddar popcorn at only 10 carbs for 2 1/2 cups. Big tourist day tomorrow though! I can't seem to update my website. I will update it when I get back. AND I am proud to say.....I did NOT stand on the scales this morning!!!
