Karen’s Carb Crazy Kitchen





B'fast: 1 high protein bar. 

Lunch: Sliced turkey breast salad leaves, 1 tbspn mayo & 1 low carb wrap. 

Snack: 2oz cheese and 16 crackers. 

Dinner: Turkey meatballs with cheese and chives. 

Total carbs for today around 51

Went a little over the top with the crackers today. 1.1 carb each and I couldn't stop munching! It's that time of year. Cold morning and cold evenings and tonight, all I want to do is curl up and keep warm by eating something. Oh nooooo.......Big carb day today!

Have been busy with work this morning and this afternoon was clicking the keyboard typing up my recipes for my new cook book!
