B'fast: Coffee & bacon.
Lunch: 2 egg, 2 bacon and 2 sausages
Snack: 1 high protein bar.
Dinner: Turkey, onions, artichokes, tomatoes and 1/4 sweet potato with 2 low-carb wraps

We have finally ran out of Turkey! I look forward to it every year, but when you have to eat it every day I go off it for another year
Scales are playing tricks on me I think. They were being good to me this morning.
Think I will set myself a challenge........don't stand on the scales until Sunday....Think I can do it?
