Must be more aware of how much time goes by without eating. I have planned ahead for tomorrow and already put my snacks in my bag because I will be busy doing my Open Houses.

Didn't get to the gym today either. Was sooo tired. Maybe it's because I had so many carbs yesterday. I've been sluggish all day. Yesterday was so bad I have to keep my head down and focus.

Lunch: 1/4 brown sugar muffin  - oooops
Dinner: 1/2 bar of 85% chocolate, Chili with cheese and fries  - oooooooops

Mega oooops !! Holy Crap!! What in the world happened !!???

One minute I am busy working, the next all these chocolate chip cookies and muffins started to appear out of nowhere...honestly :o)

I remember being lucid at the time but it was as though some kind of a zodiac force from outer space was controlling my every movement and guess what.....it was delish!!!

What a mega carb day! Sorry guys..will do better tomorrow  I remember had the same type of day last Thursday but not this bad!

Well...I suppose I am allowed one bad day per week ?

Weigh-in Day....Weigh-in Day...  :o)

Had quite a good week. I have stayed quite level with my carbs and it has paid off...well, apart from Thursday...

For my weigh-in this week I have lost 1lb

Carbs for this week has worked out at 276, which is averaging 40 carbs per day and it paid off!

Only really had one bad day which was last Thursday and we are allowed to eat a boat load of food now and again aren't we  ?... :o)

Been to 2 gyms 3 times over the week making sure I did 2 miles on the treadmill each time followed by machine weights and floor work and then on to the toning tables. The cinema/treadmill film today was Shopaholic! Sooo funny !

Still having problems with the sit ups but I will keep trying

Next week is my measuring day. Can't wait !

PS. As it is a celebratory evening I thought a bit of chocolate wouldn't hurt. I will put it on tomorrows list

What a messy week. One day good, one day bad, one day full of beans and the next day sad.

For my weigh-in this week I have stayed the same

Carbs for this week has worked out at 307, which is averaging 44 carbs per day. That's still a little too high. All it needs is tweaking to make it 3 or 4 carbs less per day and I know I will.........

Very hungry but seem to be doing OK. Had so much bad news this week it's untrue so feeling a little down and wondering what life is all about

I went to the gym today and did my bad ass 2 miles on the treadmill and butt exercises AND went on to the toning tables for 45 minutes.

I will be surprised if I haven't lost inches. Having said that, my clothes aren't feeling any slacker yet

I have been so busy today that I didn't even get chance to eat a decent meal apart from breakfast.

Fortunately I had a few snacks in the car to grab while I was working, otherwise I would have rushed down to the local Burger King munching on a chicken sandwich and chips 

I was so busy I didn't get to the gym today. Real Estate is getting busy, BUT I promise I will be there first thing tomorrow!

Busy with work today but I made sure I had a breakfast and I took a snack with me. Lunch was very late so I had a lighter dinner. Pretty much n control today. No bouts of starvation, you'll be glad to know 

My weigh-in is on Wednesday and I'm not feeling all that confident. If you look at yesterday's and Fridays carbs it doesn't look good.

I am at the gym again tomorrow though, so along with 2 miles on the treadmill I will give it some extra ass on the weights   ;OI <- That's my meeaan face!

Waiting patiently by the tv to watch the rugby 6 nations game and found out that the pitch was frozen and the game was cancelled 
So, we decided to go out for dinner and then on the the cinema to watch "The Grey". Off we went to Ruby Tuesdays to find it packed to the brim and at least 20 people waiting and at least a 45 minute wait....decided to go to Red Robin...same situation there, BW's...same there...Some economy crisis!?
By this time it was late and we needed to get to the cinema so we decided to get something sweet from a local shop like chocolate and go straight to the cinema....hence the snickers bar :o)
There I was sucking on my Snickers bar wishing it to last throughout the film.
Sorry guys....it was gone in seconds!
Why is my life soooo complicated 
Got back 10 minutes ago and I think I should make the decision that "it's too late to eat". The Bloody snickers bar alone was 35 carbs so I've completely blown it for today 
But the film was great!!
My new weigh-in day is now Wednesday...Thank God!.

Another 2 gym visits today. 1hr Cardio including 2 miles on the tradmill, followed by 45 mins toning tables. I'm really getting into this gym thing

Did good today, although I was starving mid-afternoon.

I decided last week that my weigh-in day should change because I go a little crazy with the food and wine over the weekend. So, now it will be on Wednesdays.

For my weigh-in this week I have lost alb :0)

Carbs for this week has worked out at 316, which is averaging 45 carbs per day. That's a little too high. I am surprised I lost any weight this week.

BUT....I did 2 miles on the treadmill today. It was a great film showing in the treadmill/cinema room that I've seen before but I love sci-fi.

I went to cardio three times this week doing a total of 5 miles on the treadmill, 3 visits to the toning tables, used machines, free weights, floor exercises and sit ups....not very good at them but I will battle on like a trojan.

I think it must be the gym visits that has contributing to my weight loss

Just over 2 weeks to my next measuring appointment and I've almost finished by book.

It's about time I had a low-carb day. Friday and yesterday were too high. It's my weigh-in tomorrow and I'm a bit worried. I was doing so well until the Superbowl party food :0)

No gyms today, BUT....I did 15 minutes of the butt dvd at home. I ache like mad, but I think that is from yesterday's gym visits.

I'm getting the munchies again. Although I only ate 3 times today I had a lot on my plate.

Yet again I was at two gyms today. One cardio the other toning tables and I managed to do 15 minutes of the butt lift !!

Absolutely shattered today. Got a call at 4am !!! I answered the phone with urgency as a call at that time in the morning has tones of bad news.

It was my mother-in-law calling from UK for a chat and she forgot about the time difference. She was wide awake, bright eyed and bushy tailed, as it was 8am in UK. She thought it was a great laugh.....glad someone was happy :0(

I can't complain. I remember calling my friend in UK at 9pm one night and forgot about the time difference. It was 2am in UK. Oh the joys of living abroad :0)

England beat Scotland at Rugby!! Well done UK. Happy day 

I finally got my Brazillian Butt Lift dvd's. OMG!! I couldn't keep up. Will give it another go tomorrow but I've got a feeling it's going to take a while before I will see any butt lift 

Ireland v Wales tomorrow AND Superbowl!!! Another happy day

Another beautiful day. If I can just get through Winter I'll be fine. All I want to do is eat when it's cold!

Tomorrow I am at 2 gyms again. If I can keep this routine up I'm going to see positive results on my weigh-in day next Wednesday.

Still got to find time for my Brazilian Butt Lift dvd's when they arrive. Wow....I'm going to have a body like a temple at the end of all this

Another low-carb day today. Been to the dentist and needed a filling 

Now resting my poor cheek on a cushion  

I've decided that Sunday isn't a good day to have a weigh-in because of Fridays and Saturdays pig outs. I think it would be better to change  weigh-in day to Wednesdays. So, my next weigh-in will be next Wednesday 

Another double whammy at the gym today! 1hr cardio and floor work and 45mins on toning tables 
It was also 65 degrees here today. Feels like Spring is in the air! Come on Spring, Bing on the light!!!
