B'fast: 2 egg white omelet
Snack: 1 packet of low-carb crisps
Lunch: 2oz cheese and spring onion on 1 low-carb wrap
Dinner: Chicken breast stuffed and topped with bacon and oregano with 2 low-carb wrap

Total carbs for today about 38

Having a relatively good week apart from Thursday so my weigh-in should be positive on Wednesday....I hope 

Been out to look for dishwashers again but all I could look at was refrigerators that have wifi ?  the mind boggles!
