B'fast: High protein bar.
Lunch: 1 packet of low carb crisps/potato chips
Snack: Low-carb bar
Dinner: 2 egg scrambled, bacon and mushrooms

Todays Carbs about 24

oooooo...low-carb day today :o)

The egg, bacon and mushrooms hit the spot. It was delish !!

What a messy week. One day good, one day bad, one day full of beans and the next day sad.

For my weigh-in this week I have stayed the same

Carbs for this week has worked out at 307, which is averaging 44 carbs per day. That's still a little too high. All it needs is tweaking to make it 3 or 4 carbs less per day and I know I will.........
