B'fast:  Coffee :o).
Lunch:: 3 egg omelet with sausage meat and broccoli
Dinner: Chicken breast without skin, creamed spinach, carrots and broccoli and 1 glass of red wine

Low-carb day today, but I have the rest of the evening if I get peckish.

Didn't get to the gym today. Teacher training day so no school which means no gym

My weekly weigh-in is on Wednesday...
