B'fast: coffee ..... sorry.... :o)

Snack: Packet of low-carb crisps/potato chips

Lunch: Leftover steak cut into strips and cooked with 2 egg omelet and 1 low-carb wrap

Dinner: Breaded chicken strips with 2 crustinis and 1 low-carb wrap

Total carbs for today around 35

Busy with work today and didn't have time for breakfast..sorry...  
Tomorrow is my 2-gym visit day. I've been doing two gyms 3 times per week for the last two weeks. 

I figure I'll be losing inches if not weight. 
Can't wait to measure myself at the end of this month
