Lunch:: Turkey meatballs and 1 tablespoon of mayo.
Dinner: Chicken wings, 3 mini cheese soufflés and 2 low-carb wraps

Here comes the weekend!! I shouldn't have anymore carbs tonight but I've not had my weekly quota of wine yet :0)
Another 2 gym visits today. 1hr Cardio including 2 miles on the tradmill, followed by 45 mins toning tables. I'm really getting into this gym thing
My weekly weigh-in is on Wednesday...
I started Facebook and this Website for interaction with other people in the same boat and it is proving to be a great success. Lots of people are contacting me for my recipes. Glad I am not alone
