Did good today, although I was starving mid-afternoon.
I decided last week that my weigh-in day should change because I go a little crazy with the food and wine over the weekend. So, now it will be on Wednesdays.
For my weigh-in this week I have lost alb :0)
Carbs for this week has worked out at 316, which is averaging 45 carbs per day. That's a little too high. I am surprised I lost any weight this week.
BUT....I did 2 miles on the treadmill today. It was a great film showing in the treadmill/cinema room that I've seen before but I love sci-fi.
I went to cardio three times this week doing a total of 5 miles on the treadmill, 3 visits to the toning tables, used machines, free weights, floor exercises and sit ups....not very good at them but I will battle on like a trojan.
I think it must be the gym visits that has contributing to my weight loss
Just over 2 weeks to my next measuring appointment and I've almost finished by book.
