B'fast: 2 slices buttered low-carb toast with low sugar marmalade
Snack: Packet of low-carb crisps and 1 low-carb bar
Lunch: Tuna salad on 1 low-carb wrap and 1 packet of low-carb crisps. 1 low-carb chocolate bar
Dinner: breaded chicken strips in sweet BBQ mustard sauce

Yes....well, I planned ahead with my low carb bars etc, but I couldn't do anything about dinner. It was eat or die

Better days ahead me thinks

NOT looking forward to my Wednesday weigh-in but there's nothing new there.

I didn't get to the gym on Friday and I can feel it. I will try to do more than two miles on the treadmill tomorrow. What are the odds?
