B'fast: 2 egg omelet with 2 bacon
Snack: Packet of low-carb crisps
Lunch: Sausage chillie soup and 4 chicken strips with coleslaw
Dinner: 2oz cheese & biscuits

Busy with work today but I made sure I had a breakfast and I took a snack with me. Lunch was very late so I had a lighter dinner. Pretty much n control today. No bouts of starvation, you'll be glad to know
My weigh-in is on Wednesday and I'm not feeling all that confident. If you look at yesterday's and Fridays carbs it doesn't look good.
I am at the gym again tomorrow though, so along with 2 miles on the treadmill I will give it some extra ass on the weights ;OI <- That's my meeaan face!
