B'fast: 2 egg white omelet and 2 bacon
Snack: 1 high protein bar
Lunch: 1 packet of low carb crisps
Dinner: 1 high protein bar, 3 low carb biscotti's and 1 diet coke and crackers

Total carbs for today about 47

I have been so busy today that I didn't even get chance to eat a decent meal apart from breakfast.

Fortunately I had a few snacks in the car to grab while I was working, otherwise I would have rushed down to the local Burger King munching on a chicken sandwich and chips 

I was so busy I didn't get to the gym today. Real Estate is getting busy, BUT I promise I will be there first thing tomorrow!
