B'fast: coffee 
Snack: High protein bar
Lunch: 2oz Mature cheddar  and sliced onions on 1 low-carb wrap
Dinner: Chicken leg (without skin), mixed salad, mozzarella & tomatoes and 2 low-carb wraps

Total carbs for today around 39

Another beautiful day. If I can just get through Winter I'll be fine. All I want to do is eat when it's cold!

Tomorrow I am at 2 gyms again. If I can keep this routine up I'm going to see positive results on my weigh-in day next Wednesday.

Still got to find time for my Brazilian Butt Lift dvd's when they arrive. Wow....I'm going to have a body like a temple at the end of all this
