Dinner: Bowl of french onion soup and 2 low-carb crisps

Let's be positive about this. Yes, it is 61 carbs But, it is only 1 day
Will I ever get it right?!! Having such a bad time but the gym is picking up. So, it's either one or the other me thinks!
