B'fast: 3 egg omelet with spinach and grated cheese and 2 low-carb wrap.  
Lunch: 1 packet of low-carb crisps/potato chips
Snack: 2 light cream cheese triangles with crackers
Dinner: 1 large chicken breast with mayo on 2 low-carb wraps

Very hungry but seem to be doing OK. Had so much bad news this week it's untrue so feeling a little down and wondering what life is all about

I went to the gym today and did my bad ass 2 miles on the treadmill and butt exercises AND went on to the toning tables for 45 minutes.

I will be surprised if I haven't lost inches. Having said that, my clothes aren't feeling any slacker yet
