B'fast: 2 egg white omelet
Lunch: Bowl of cream of tomato soup and half a chicken wrap
Dinner: 2 low-carb wraps. 1 with chicken, mayo and grapes. The other with pork and apple.

Another relatively low carb day. Nothing particularly exciting about the day apart from shopping for a dishwasher and coming home without one

I've taken the last of my photos for my cook book  :o)

I lost half of my original photos so had to cook the lot again :o(

My new weigh-in day is now Wednesday.
