Snack: Packet of low-carb crisps.
Lunch: low-carb bar.
Dinner: Chicken and mayonnaise with grapes on 2 low-carb wraps

Another busy work day today. I managed to bring my mid-morning snack with me but was too busy for lunch so as you can see, I only had a low-carb bar.
Fortunately, I was so busy I hadn't noticed I'd missed lunch and dinner was simple yet delish.
