B'fast: Low-carb bar.
Snack: 1 low carb bar and 1 chocolate chip cookie - ooops.
Lunch: 1/4 brown sugar muffin - oooops
Dinner: 1/2 bar of 85% chocolate, Chili with cheese and fries - oooooooops
Total carbs for today around 90
Mega oooops !! Holy Crap!! What in the world happened !!???
One minute I am busy working, the next all these chocolate chip cookies and muffins started to appear out of nowhere...honestly :o)
I remember being lucid at the time but it was as though some kind of a zodiac force from outer space was controlling my every movement and guess what.....it was delish!!!
What a mega carb day! Sorry guys..will do better tomorrow I remember had the same type of day last Thursday but not this bad!
Well...I suppose I am allowed one bad day per week ?
